Ca 60 km von Karwar gelegen, befindet sich dieses verschlafene Dorf, das auch Bhairavakshetra genannt wird.Dieser Ort ist ein wichtiges Pilgerzentrum und es gibt einzigartige Felsformationen.Yana liegt in einem wunderschoenen Tal, und um dieses Dorf zu erreichen, muss man einen Fussmarsch von ca 10 km Laenge und durch dichtes Waldgebiet, hinter sich bringen.Kletterfreunde werden dieses Gebiet zu schaetzen wissen.Auf einem Huegel findet man einen Schrein des Bhairaveswara.Zur Zeit des Shivaratri wird hier ein Festivel gefeiert.
