Dieser mehr als 100 Jahre alte Tempel mit einer goldenen Dachkuppel ist eine der Hauptattraktionen Coochbehars. Der Tempel, 1889 von dem Maharaja Nripendra Narayan im Charchala Stil der Hindu Tempelarchitektur gebaut, steht am nördlichen Ufer eines anderen Sees in der Stadt, des Bairagi Dighi. Der Tempel hat ein Gottesbild von Madan Mohan, einer Inkarnation des Gottes Krishna. Madan Mohan ist die Familiengottheit der königlichen Familie. Das 200 Jahre alte Gottesbild ist aus Gold und ashtadhatu (eine Legierung aus acht verschiedenen Metallen). Andere Gottheiten, die in diesem Tempel zu sehen sind, sind die Göttinnen Kali, Tara und Bhavani.
