wurde neulich von der Tamil Nadu Regierung für die florierende Filmindustrie der Stadt gebaut. Es gibt hier eine Filmschule und viele große Filmstudios. Große Filmszenen, die im Freien spielen, können hier gut gedreht werden. Die Anlage, in dem weit ausgestreckten Stadtteil Tharamani gelegen, ist super eingerichtet für Dreharbeit bei Außenaufnahmen, mit Waldszenerie, Wasserfall, Marktplätzen, Straßenszenen usw. Einrichtungen zur Synchronisierung und Wiederaufnahme sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Dies ist das einzige der großen Filmstudios in Chennai, das öffentlich zugänglich ist.
