Dieses Museum ist eine große Attraktion der Stadt. Das Fundament des Museums wurde 1990 gelegt. Es steckte hinter der Gründung dieses Museums nicht nur die Absicht, das allgemeine Bewusstsein um die Aufgabe und die Leistungen der Verteidigungskräfte des Landes unter dem Publikum zu verbreiten; die Verbindungen des Punjabi Volkes zu Indien sowie die nationale Integration sollten dadurch ebenfalls gestärkt werden. (In den 80er Jahren war Punjab ja von einem separatistischen Aufstand heimgesucht worden.)
Das Museum ist noch nicht fertig. Aber es gibt regelmäßige Son et lumière Shows, die die Tapferkeit und die Leistungen, besonders die Punjabi Kriegertradition darstellen.
