Diese kleine Stadt liegt am Zusammenfluss der Flüsse Krishna und Warana. Am Ufer steht ein schöner Tempel. Im Jahr 1768 baute Govind Hari Patwardhan hier Häuser für Brahmanen und nannte die Siedlung nach seinem Vater. Haripur ist bekannt für Gelbwurzel und Ziegelöfen.
