Dieses Fort, welches auf dem Gipfel des Sharika-Gebirges steht, ist eine uralte, heilge Staette fuer Hindus.Um den Huegel herum wurde im spaeten 16. Jahrhundert, von keinem Geringeren als dem grossen Mogulen-Regenten Akbar, eine Mauer errichtet.Hier stehen Mandelbaeume, die im Fruehling wunderschoen bluehen.Im 18. Jahrhundert wurde der Bau vom afghanischen Gouverneur Atta Mohammed Khan erweitert und heute ist hier das indische Militaer untergebracht.
