Description:
In der Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts herrschte hier eine schlimme Hungersnot.Die Briten fanden es daraufhin notwendig, ein Lagerhaus fuer Getreide zu bauen.Also wurde das Golghar von Captain John Grastin im Jahre 1786 gebaut.Aus welchem Grund auch immer, wurde es nie als Getreidelager benutzt, aber das Gebaeude steht bis heute.Das Silo hat eine Hoehe von 29 m.Wenn man die Wendeltreppe hinaufsteigt, hat man einen fantastischen Blick ueber Patna und den Ganges.
