Als der hiesige Haeuptling sich weigerte, Steuern an die Pandyas abzufuehren,begann Ettapar in Ilasanadu, diese Abgaben mit Hilfe der Armee einzutreiben.Spaeter wurde er von einem Pandya-Koenig als Herrscher bestimmt.
