Einer der wichtigsten Wallfahrtsorte der Hindus, Badrinath, liegt im Landkreis Chamoli. Und eben so das berühmte Tal der Blumen (Valley of Flowers) und Auli Bugyal. Kräftig strömende Flüsse und majestätische schneebedeckte Gipfel laden zum Abenteuer ein.\r\nDas Hauptquartier des Landkreises, Gopeshwar, liegt auf einer Höhe von 1308 m.\r\n
