Der Baneshwar Tempel, ein Shiva Tempel, liegt auf einem Delta, das durch den Zusammenfluss der Som und Mahi Flüsse entstanden ist. In der nähe steht ein Vishnu Tempel, der laut Legende genau auf der Stelle gebaut wurde, wo Lord Krishna, eine Inkarnation Vishnus, meditiert und gebetet hat. Außerdem ist auch ein Brahma Tempel vorhanden – ein räumiges zweistöckiges Gebäude mit exquisiten Gravuren an den Türen und Säulen. Hier findet auch ein Jahrmarkt statt.
